I have been looking at this model and was wondering if the 9cell battery was bigger than the 3cell?

Is there anyway to get more memory in that thing?

I am looking for a cool running asus.

The 9 cell will stick out.

as of now, 512mb micro u-Dimms are still the largest sized, but 1gb u-dimms should of been out a while back, but looks like it has been delayed. So 768 is the largest amount of RAM you can have..

Is the keyboard full-sized? In the sense that the keys are say the same size as those of the dv1000.

This will answer your keyboard question.......

The 9 cell will stick out about 1.15" and add about a pound to the weight of the unit.

Again, right now we're still probably a month out before 1gb microdimms are available for ddr2 400, but when they come out they'll be pretty expensive for a while because that ram is made in small quantities and right now would only be able to be used in the Asus' S5a, the Z33a and the new Sony TR's that I don't think are even out yet.

If you want a cool running unit, I'd pick nothing higher than a 1.86ghz cpu and some seagate 5400rpm drive.
