    I'd like to minimum specifications,

    -Atom 525 or 550
    -1 or 2g RAM DDR3
-10,1" multi touch tablet transform LED lcd 1360x768 or 1024x768
    -8h life battery
    -Graphics Nvidia ION2
    -G-sensor
    -320 or 500 HDD
    -1,2Kg
    -Wifi b/g/n
    -Bluetooth 3.0
    -1x USB 3.0
    -2x USB 2.0
    -Webcam if is possibly
    -HDMI
    -SD Card Reader

    OS
    -Windows7 or dual OS w7+android

as any manufacturer to launch a product something like that, I'll buy, is what I'm looking for multimedia, for transport agile, a good experience to draw, and a great tactile experience for multimedia, and presentations, games, video full HD 1080p etc etc

    the absolute iPad killer

Have been looking for something similar now for 8 months.

I really, really hope that somebody, hopefully Asus, ships something like this soon.

    Hey good news!

just show me in another forum, the user zeo, the new gigabyte T1125n model, and it seems incredible, but the price might be slightly high

YouTube - Hands on: Gigabyte T1125N Core i3/i5 Netvertible
    is exactly what I wanted

    i3/i5, usb3, hdmi, graphics nvidia 310, multitouch, 11,6" 1366x768, docking included etc

    impressive!
