The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    no, the W2Ja was going to have the WSXGA, but Asus of NA decided to bring in the W2Jb (with the wxga) instead, which is why some are pretty upset with their decision. Some of the resellers should update their page to state that its not the wsxga version.

    Asus NA ordered the XGA screens for all of the units rather than the SXGA - all of the retailers in the US are going to get these screens at the present time, if they carry the W2jb. All the other details can be found by scanning through the thread above and just looking at the ProPortable posts, and also on the Latest News from ProPortable sticky on the main Asus page.
