    I took the plunge and purchased the S96J for $1074.

    Specs:

    Core 2 Duo 2.0Ghz
    1GB RAM
    100GB SATA 5400RPM
    X1600 256MB

    No OS because I have a full copy of XP 64 at the house.

    The only thing I wish I could have gotten is the SXGA screen but I was on a tight budget.
