After re installing Win8.1 with Backtracker on my K750J the touchpad settings are gone after every reboot. The Asus touchpad software is also re installed
Any ideas how to fix this problem?

Remove the touchpad software, run Ccleaner (both the cleaner and the registry cleaner), and then reinstall the latest driver for the touchpad. Does that help at all?
