I've got an M51A Asus and I don't have a scroll option and was wondering whether there was a program or drivers or something where I could do that. Wouldn't a mind a Mac type thing where you put 2 fingers on and use that to scroll.

Try the latest Synaptics drivers. There should be an option in them to turn the rightmost part of the touchpad into a vertical scroll area (where if you pull your finger down/up it will scroll accordingly).

Multifinger gestures, that's a hit and miss on older computers, depending on the type of the touchpad. I think there was a driver posted on the forums that enabled them on touchpads that supported them, but it was posted quite a while ago, try searching.
