I've got a M51sn, synaptics seems to be the touchpad software. Whenever I start up, I have to change the cursor speed because the settings never seem to save... Any suggestions? Thanks.

If it doesn't save it's likely a driver issue. Go to www.synaptics.com and download their latest driver. Make sure you remove the older driver first, then install the new version.
