I have a UL30vt, I was wondering- has anyone tried to put some sort of protector on the trackpad? Like maybe contact paper, or screen protector vinyl.

The glossy trackpad is a bit annoying. Maybe I will get used to it (Ive only had it a day or two) but it would be nice to have options.

And for the screen are there any screen protectors out there that people have used to turn this into a matte screen?

    Thanks!

I think doing this would completely kill any sensitivity the trackpad had.

I have to say the trackpad seems to be getting a bit better, or Im just getting used to it. And the screen is not so bad, but sure would be nice to have a matte screen and touchpad.
