I'm thinking about replacing the case on my G51J (the one with the weird blue slash thing) with the case used by Best Buy's G51 (that'd e the white one with the Transformer-esque thing).

I'm hoping the back part of the lid will simply pop off so that I can swap them over. Failing that, I think my next best option would be to take the whole lids off their hinges and swap them over that way.

Since, fundamentally, they're both the same case, I don' think the sizes/screws/anything will provide too much hassle for my little transplant. The only problem is trying to find the empty BB case. eBay, perhaps?

If I ever get 'round to doing it, I'll definitely be posting a simple how-to and the results for you all.
