    Legacy drivers and DCH drivers:

Install Legacy Drivers Only or DCH Drivers Only!

Radeon Control UWP can only be installed via the web link on the Asus driver webpage after the following forwarding to the Microsoft Store.

At the moment the Realtek Audio driver is only available as a DCH version (in my case I had to find out that installing legacy drivers and the Realtek Audio DCH driver leads to extended boot times: in just 3 minutes :)

PS: Stable working Drivers so far

    0009-64bit_Win7_Win8_Win81_Win10_R282 Realtek HD Audio

In summary, there are no reasonable CPB (Core Performance Boost) settings under Windows and Linux

    Linux:

Even with Linux in standard 1400Mhz-1700Mhz or 1400Mhz-4300Mhz available and the
Base clock rate of 2900Mhz is not available without Edit.

To be able to use a clock speed of 1400Mhz-2900Mhz or in other words use Base clock rate:

    Requirement cpufreq is installed

    edit /etc/sysfs.conf

To be entered there after the last # line

    /devices/system/cpu/cpufreq/boost = 0

Thus the Base clock rate is also available after a restart.

    For temporary testing:

    edit /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpufreq/boost

More or less than the number 0 or 1 is not available or to be entered

0 CPB off 1 CPB on

Fan starts to snort rather no bearing damage than the fact of the material expansion or PWM control AmaoryCrateService . . . yeah great tinkering announced ?

Maybe someone will find other problems and their solutions.

This just added the option of Processor Performance boost mode ... and allowed me to select Aggressive. My 4800h is running at 4.2+Ghz pretty much constantly now.

Found RyzenAdjust which works similar to Throttlestop but via CMD (also no Installation only execute).

    https://github.com/FlyGoat/RyzenAdj

https://github.com/FlyGoat/RyzenAdj/releases following ryzenadj-win64-release.zip Download and copy the files contained into a folder, e.g. RyzenAdj, then copy this folder e.g. to C: \ Programs.

The included file demo.bat can be edited with Notepad. . .

For me the content looks like this:

    %~dp0\ryzenadj.exe --tctl-temp=75 --vrmmax-current=75000

    Tweaked Ugine Run

    upload_2020-11-11_20-59-24.png
    CPU 4300MHZ - Max Temp & Noise @ 75 C° GPU 73 C° less Fan Speed

The standard values for an Asus Ryzen 4800h in the Tuf A15 FA506IV can be validated with the HwInfo tool in the CPU tab (changed values are maybe not displayed )

    upload_2020-11-4_18-18-20.jpeg

    Ungine stock Values

    upload_2020-11-11_20-59-3.png
    CPU 4300MHZ - Max Temp & Noise @ 90 C° GPU 71 C° more Fan Speed

    %~dp0\ryzenadj.exe --tctl-temp=95 --vrmmax-current=96000

It have to researched the meaning of the values, but here is a table for orientation. Do not understand the values themselves sometimes crap happens ;-)

    --tctl-temp=95 | Temp Limit = Clockspeed Depending on Temperature . . . ? i Range 75 - 95 mayBe
    --stapm-limit=45000 | STAPM TDP = Watt ?
    --fast-limit=54000 | Long Boost TDP = Watt ?
    --stapm-time=900 | Long Boost Duration = Seconds . . . ?
    --slow-limit=60000 | Shorts Boost TDP = Watt . . . ?
    --slow-time=60 | Short Boost Duration= Seconds . . . ?
    --vrmmax-current=96000 | VRM Current (A) = Ampere / EDC . . . ? Real Noise Blocker Range 75 - 96 mayBe

In Thesis some Values would work together with others so for Example:

    --tctl-temp=85 --vrmmax-current=86000 together

    --stapm-limit=45000 only as single Value Entry ( does set fast-limit & slow-limit @ 45000 Value ? )

--fast-limit=54000 --slow-limit=60000 together but values will revert to stock over short time !

A link to demo.bat, for example: create on the desktop and run. . . if necessary as an administrator.

Ideally, let the demo.bat start via the autostart function when logging in after starting the computer or, if given, manually
    .

Also using MSI Afterburner to make an Performance-Curve Profil have Performance Boost and Power Improvment ( Secret Key Combo CTRG Left + F open Curve Window / CTRG Left + D resets to Default GPU Settings and also Shift-Key has Function ) :) . . . afer doing things in Right Table Window they are to ably in regeular MSI-Afterburner Window Left

Important River Tuner has also to be Installed most Includet in MSI Afterburner Install package but is to Uncheck or Check . . . if not Download Riva Tuner Seperat ! i !

    Example: Noise Block

Stock Curve . . . Chose Quader by left mouse button press so that will be the new GPU Frequence

    upload_2020-11-14_0-49-43.jpeg
Point mouse coursor lite behind marked quader press and hold left shift keyboard key press left mouse button hold and move mouse cursor to the right so present part behind will be marked
    upload_2020-11-14_0-50-14.jpeg
Release left shift and mouse button and move cursor to first market then move down so all other entries move down under the chosen quader that will the new GPU Frequence
    upload_2020-11-14_0-50-52.jpeg
chouse again new GPU Frequence quader and move upward
    upload_2020-11-14_0-51-24.jpeg

Apply in MSI Afterburner main GUI
    upload_2020-11-14_3-2-38.jpeg

    Pictures are Examples mayBe 1560MHZ @ 0.725v or 1650MHZ @ 0.750v Stable values .
