    Hey guys,

I recently bought a U30JC notebook, and at factory install, I was able to connect my Samsung HDTV to the laptop via HDMI successfully (I am able to see the Samsung TV via the Screen Resolution menu) and was able to use it normally.

Recently, I've updated to the 258.96 nvidia drivers, and then attempted to connect my TV again. Following my plugging in the HDMI cable with the TV attached, my laptop screen went completely black, and I wasn't able to recover it and forced me into a hard reboot. Attempted this again after rebooting normally, and now nothing happens when I plug in an HDMI cable.

I've checked the Screen resolution menu, and nothing is detected anymore. I've recently tried reinstalling the 258.96 drivers, and it still doesn't work. Do you guys any ideas what I can maybe attempt?

Please also let me know if there are any forums rules I've broken if any, as this is my first time posting here.

    Thanks.
