Alright I've narrowed it down to the two models. 13.3" or 14"

13.3" is obviously lighter, missing a disk drive (which I'm fine without, I have a slim usb powered one).
Here is where I am stuck:

    U33 has either an i3-350m or i5-430m (Extra $219)
    U43 comes stock with i5-450m.

The only difference I can see is that the 350m and 430m have a DMI Bus of 2.5GT/s, and the 450m has a bus of 4.8GT/s. From reading I'm learning that this is the new version of FSB(?), so would the difference be equivalent to using a 1066mhz FSB vs a 510mhz FSB? (48% difference).

I've done a few google searches and then got lost amongst the wording.
Can anyone explain the 2.3GT/s difference and significance.

Also, Asus has SHE enabled on the CPU which automatically overclocks and underclocks according to use. This serves the same idea as TurboBoost, no?
So the i3-350m would perform similar to the i5-430m?

    Thanks!

I'm not sure that super-hybrid engine does that ...

Assumed it was the same as in Eee's,
" In addition, the Super Hybrid Engine automatically manages and regulates power distribution based on usage requirements."

"The Super Hybrid Engine has three different modes. The Power Saving mode underclocks the CPU to a minimum 750MHz on the N280 Atom CPU. The High Performance mode is the standard speed of the chip (1.66GHz for the N280) whilst the Super High Performance mode overclocks this to 1.75GHz." (Off EeePC).

Those U35 and U45 look very appealing...
But they lack some nicer features U33/43 have. USB3.0, better/unique design, etc.
Does anyone have a list of upcoming/currently released Asus laptops?
That way I can see all of the crazy versions they have, can never keep up :(

I am going to bump this because I also really want to hear some sort of answer to the 2.5 vs 4.8 GT/s thing...

Yeah... kinda like windows has power-modes. It's not automatic. Turboboost is automatic on the core I processors, though.
