    Hi forum,

bought a U36sd few month ago and this is a great peice, but on the last week i have a weird problem- when i leave it on for the night, it goes to the sleep mode. since my alarm clock is a widget, i fail to wake up..

i double checked the power settings- and it should never go to sleep mode when connected to power.
i tried to Google that, but i found nothing.

    any ideas?

    cheers,

Try switching to a different power plan, specifically one of the standard windows plans - Balanced, power saver or Performance and when you look at advanced settings what is your lid close action?
