I've just got a new U46E laptop. I generally like it, but one thing is disturbing: The fan is always on with constant speed. It is not very loud, but it is hissing all the time even if the laptop is idle. Is this the way it it should be? I even tried to reduce the CPU power to very low value, but no change in the fan speed.

BTW: According to CPUID the CPU'temperature is 41C, "TZ00" (what is it?) is 39C, assembly and air flow is 35C.
