    Hi!
When I plug the USB mouse or notebook cooler to USB ports on the left side, I hear "dum dee beep beep" sounds coming out of my earphone, even volume is muted, really annoying. If I unplug them the noise sounds disappear. With another USB port on the right side, no problem, no noise sounds. Any ideas the problem here is hardware of software!?

    Thank you!

It's a noise problem with the hardware... just use the ports on the opposite side, does your cooler have a hub or thru-ports?

    probably hardware.

I get that kind of interference on my old laptop, more so with stuff plugged into usb ports.
It's cpu whine or mobo whine.

some laptops have it. some don't.

just USB port, no hub and thru-ports.
