    I'd be willing to spend upto $150 maybe $200 to get a laptop in bamboo rather then plastic as long as it had some extra benifit (slightly better screen etc). Granted looking at the last Bamboo laptops they had I don't think i'll get my wish.

    i am torn between this (or rather, the U33Jc) and the U30Jc. the U30Jc is thinner yet still has an optical drive. this one does not... how strange! something to do with the bamboo material?
