    On the system specs for Newegg for this they list the warranty as this. I need one for school and a 1 year accidental damage warranty sells it for me!

    How quick is Asus turn around on this? Do they send refurbs or new units?

    The turnaround time depends solely on the parts that are available at the repair center. If all parts are in stock, it shouldn't take more than 2-3 days for the repair process. If your laptop is beyond repair, Asus will send a refurb unit replacement. You can also check the Asus RMA guide (in sig) if you want more specific details on the RMA process.

    how good are these little pcs? ive always used toshiba in the past but for some reason I want to go with something different. more battery, lighter ... best mobility all around.
