If I get it at Best Buy...
    -1 Year warranty
    -Matte surfaces, other than screen
    -$730

If I get it on Amazon...
    -2 year warranty
    -1 year accidental damage warranty
    -Glossy crap throughout
    -(Currently) $810

    What would you do?

Of course, I realize the 50 is the least popular model of the ULXXVt, but if I go with the next best, the UL80Vt (on Amazon, same warranty, gloss, $750), I'm sacrificing both the 500 GB HD and the numpad, two things which I'm pretty sure I'll get good use out of. Likewise I'm not considering the UL30Vt because I definitely want an optical drive.

Well... humor me, for a moment. I've been studying laptops for days and I've got analysis paralysis. :|
