    Hello,

I am running a UL80VT with windows 7 and I am having a problem whereby everytime I start my computer the nvidia graphics card is disabled and it reverts to the standard vga graphics adaptor. I reinstall the nvidia driver and it works when the cpu restarts, but then when i shut it down and start it up again the driver appears to be disabled.

From what I understand the VGA patch on Asus' website can cause this, but I don't recall installing it.

Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated. It is certainly an irritating problem!

I should also mention that I recently upgraded the bios to 212 - don't know if that matters.

    Thanks again.
