    Hi,
    I've a problem with usb 3.0.
Sometimes it doesn't recognize stick. It never recognizes my cyborg rat 9 gaming mouse, but usb 2.0 always does both of these things. Has anyone had any kind of issues like this and if so how do I get usb 3.0 to work. One other thing worth mentioning is that when my rat 9 is connected to usb 3.0 and when I try to turn on the laptop it won't turn on. It starts to load and when it passes Microsoft logo the screen just won't show a thing.

The thing is that most of the times stick and external hard drives work (I've Verbatim external hdd and Seagate internal hdd which is connected via sata to usb adapter). But mouse never works (works on USB 2.0 just fine). Cyborg rat 9 has this wireless adapter which is also used for recharging 2nd battery while another one is inside mouse, and that adapter has led indicator for recharging battery and also has led indicator when it is connected to usb 2.0 port. And when it is connected to usb 3.0 than it's drop dead, it wont't work!

Which BIOS are you running on the N55? There were known problems with USB 3 (failing on Wake) which were addressed in a BIOS update. Install the latest (don't have detail to hand) and see if that fixes the issue :)

I've already tried that, but when I downloaded the newest one and went to EasyFlesh it said that I already have the most up do date bios.

I just got an ASUS UX31... can anyone tell me if it's possible to do video-out through the mini-VGA and micro-HDMI at the same time to two external monitors? I'm trying to run this on two split screens for a bigger working area.

Thanks for any help you can offer!!!!
