This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Hi,

    I've upgraded to Windows 10 and my UX301LA constantly freezing / crashing to various BSOD and restarts into the BIOS.

    The ASUS support website does not have many drivers for Windows 10, so I'm using Windows Update.

    Has anyone else has similar issues? Should I send the notebook back for repair? How can I test to see if the problem is caused by a hardware issue?

    reformat with fresh windows 10 iso.
    clean install.

    if it worked before under previous windows, it's not a hardware problem
