    Hi everyone,

I have recently purchased the UX303LA for my girlfriend to college, we just got it and its got some disturbing issues that I hope someone can help me solve.
I have already googled anything I could think about, without much success.

The most disturbing issue is the touchpad - oh my god, what's going on? It is not an Elan touchpad anymore, so the only drivers which I found fit are the default Asus Smart Gesture, which are awful.
The touchpad sensitivity is just weird, and it is not repairable by playing with the Windows "Pointer" settings, it is just Not Accurate!

No matter what settings I try, I cannot get it to be accurate. Also, in many occasions you need to double press the touchpad few times in order for it to receive the command.

Second problem - screen resolutions \ DPI.
I understand that this is not just this model's problem - but because Windows 8.1 enlarges the DPI, some text in websites is blurry. When I force the DPI to be 100%, everything is too small for her.. Any solutions for that?

I would've returned it immediately to the store, unfortunately we live in a different country and cannot return it, so if anyone can think of some solutions, i'll be grateful!

Thank you in advance for any help :)

    Hello,

First sorry for my bad english but this is the only website that talk about the same problem.

Exactly like you, some text is blurry, but not only on websites. I have this problem also on some windows (when i install some program i.e)

Everything is Full HD (screen display is beautiful) but sometimes, you're right, some text is blurry. This is strange...

Intel graphic driver is update, i have no solution.

Does it do the same when connected to an external monitor? What is your screen scaling set to?
