    Hi there,

I just want to know if any of you have the same/similar issue with the touchpad of the UX31A, because I already sent mine in for repair and now have the problem again.

My touchpad seems loose on the left side. Pressing the hole touchpad down to left-click, the mechanical clicking noise appears two times (really annoying & bad ergonomic feeling). Also, the touchpad plane seems to sit lower in the lower left corner than in the right... AND it bends down futher on the left.

To be clear: I'm talking about the hardware (Laptop can be turned off) AND only when pressing the whole thing down to click (Clickpad; instead of tapping... whatever you call this ^^).

As I mentioned above I already had this repaired by ASUS (after Support told me to reinstall drivers :D). I got it back about 10 days later, in the paperwork it says "Replaced Touchpad". It worked just fine for a few days now, until today I realized it does that annoying two-click-noise-thing and bends down really far in the lower left corner AGAIN.

They repaired it the first time so I'll send it in again, but considering that this happend two times now I'd like to know if any of you observed a similar behaviour?

No. Sounds like your touchpad has a problem and was not fixed.
