    Hi guys,

I have a 2nd-gen ASUS UX31E Zenbook, and recently my UP and DOWN arrow keys have decided to stop working. No matter how hard or many times I press, there is no response. I found a place selling replacement keys, but I'm not sure if that will solve it.

    Any solutions? Thanks.

by any chance did you recently install any updates or anything? Or update drivers? Also, replacing the keys probably wont' help. They're just little plastic tabs that press down on a pad. If they move up and down as normal when you press them, the key itself is fine.
