    Hi everyone,
I just wanted to ask if some one knows how to make ASUS Instant ON working properly after a clean install of Windows 7..
I tried to use diskpart with these instructions before using InstALL (which I took from the recovery partition before deleting it):

select disk 0 (disk 0 is the 24gb iSSD)
    convert GPT
    create partition primary size=4100
    select partition 1
    set id='D3BFE2DE-3DAF-11DF-BA40-E3A556D89593'

and then after that I ran cmd and wrote "powercfg /hibernate off" for disabling hibernation but Instant On isn't working.. it doesn't change anything if I choose between performance or battery saving mode, the wake up time it's the same and also the power consumption (if it says standby for 233 days and I keep it in sleep mode for 30 minutes after that it says 225 days) and it doesn't go to deep sleep.. the led on power button keeps flashing and it never stops..

What have I to do for making it works?

You didn't mention whether you reinstalled the InstantOn application after your Windows install or not.

    It's under "Utilities".

Hmm, and you've updated all your drivers and ran Windows updates? I've read of Sleep being disabled until doing so, which could allude to the problem (if that is the problem in this case).

yes everything is updated.. maybe I'm doing something wrong during the creation of the partition on the ssd or during the drivers' installation.. Do I also need to install Intel Rapid Start technology before installing Instant ON right? ASUS InstALL run its setup at the beginning of the drivers' installation but it does't seem to do nothing at all (it's a strange NON-UI version of IRST I think made to work with Instant ON)
