Upgrading my UX32VD to SSD, I wonder if any 7mm SSD would fit in? I watched some video on youtube, they talked about the location of the SATA/Power connector, I thought these are all standard, aren't they?

Any recommendations, I'm looking at ~256GB?

I would recommend Intel, Crucial or Samsung 7mm SSD. Be aware that there are 9.5mm for Intel and Crucial SSD.

i put a crucial m4 512gb in my ux32vd. it does fit in you just need to unscrew 4 screws and take one piece of the case off. it will void the warranty but it does fit fine with that piece of the case removed.
