While playing youtube videos, the video freezes for a few seconds randomly and the audio slows down and sounds robotic.

    Anyone facing the same issue?

    What are the possible causes?

    Will try the suggestions.

Connection is fast: 100 Mb/s. Viewing on other computers with no problem.

What browser are you using when this occurs? Firefox, regardless of the computer I run it on, ocassionally freezes / slows down when viewing flash content. I agree with the suggestion to try reinstalling Flash and see if that helps :) I very much doubt it's actually a resource issue on your computer unless you are doing something incredibly demanding at the same time like encoding
