    UX32VD windows 8 fast boot option ?

    Hello, I have a windows 7 UX32VD I upgraded to windows 8 however the UX32 of a friend which was sold on win 8 has in the bios the "FAST BOOT" option that allows him to boot in 2 seconds top.
    How can I get this option on my original win7 ux32VD upgraded to windows 8 which in the bios seems not to have that "FAST BOOT" option, even though I am on the very same bios version 213 as my friend who has the win8 version of the laptop.
