hey, I just got the new ux32vd from amazon and I think the trrackpad might be problematic, the lower part of the trackpad in the middle towards the left hand side is higher than it should I think but I'm not sure if this is standard or something

I got a video too on youtube, btw I am putting very little pressure on the trackpad, I am not pressing it at all with power or normally my finger is basically just touching it

Requested a return from the site I bought it from (not returned it yet). So prob gonna return unless someone knows if it can be fixed "easily". Using touchpad when its so loose is really annoying and ruins my overall experience with the laptop.

mate, I kind of fixed it. I opened it up, took out the battery that's over the track pad and the hard drive that's covering one of the screws holding the trackpad.
There are four screws for the trackpad and it seems that if these are too tight they result to this problem, so I just loosened them up a bit and behold, it's okay now. Definitely not perfect but I might need to loosen up one of the middle screws a bit for a perfect result.
Basically, if you're not afraid to play a bit with the screws there's nothing complicated to it although with a new laptop it should not have been the case from the first place!
