Hi I was wondering if integrated graphics Intel HD on the UL80JT is better than the nvidia G310 (discrete). In the previous version UL80vt the Intel 4500 is worse, but this new intel hd is capable of play hd content and seems very very powerfull, is that true?

The HQV benchmark tests video output as quoted from the webpage:

It appears from their tests that the Intel HD GMA is better than the 310M at video according to their tests. I would get benchmarks elsewhere since its not clear under what conditions these tests are run and it sounds suspicious that a discrete card would lose to an integrated card at rendering videos. But make no mistake, the Intel HD Gma cannot touch the 310M in terms of gaming performance, even though the 310M is a weak entry level card.

Shure but, intel card seems to be a 125% better than 4500. I would like to see some game performance test between this two cards.
