My Asus M50sv-a1 is now running windows 7 32 bit and I cannot install the webcam drivers either from the driver CD or the support website. The ones provided online and on the disc are for vista and whenever I try to install them I just receive and error message that says "Install failed! USB2.0 UBC VGA/1.3M WebCam" No installation dialogue comes up on the screen, just this error message.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

Chipmonkey have you tried to force the WC to use the 32 bit vista driver?
Device manager - .. web cam ... properties - driver - update driver - browse my comp. - and find the .INF file within the install files?

It doesn't seem to want to let me choose an inf file it just lets me select a folder and I can't select anything from inside the folder selected...
