I'm not quite sure if this is a problem or not, but when I'm gaming on my G1s, sometimes the screen flickers, turns black then reverts to normal. When I go to my desktop I see a caution symbol in my notification area (area next to time with volume, battery etc), Windows doesn't state what the symbol is for, so I am wondering what's up with my G1S?

    Any help would be great.

It's probably your video driver stumbling on something. I would update to newest drivers, or reinstall.

Hmmm alright, I thought it might have been to overheating, but ill try the driver route.

I hate to drag this post back up, but once again this problem occurred to me. It usually happens when I'm playing WoW and then the screen will flicker, then go back to normal but with very low fps. I tried reinstalling my drivers with the ones from Asus and ones from laptopvideo2go, but both still give that caution symbol. Am I doing anything wrong?

P.S. For reference, this is the symbol I'm talking about:

Yeah, that's a driver issue. If you have enough time to click on it, it will say that the video driver had encountered an error but has recovered. Same thing happened to me a few times a while back, but since then I've formatted so that means a clean driver install. Uninstall your current driver, run a driver cleaner in safe mode, and then install the new one. This should get rid of your problem, as it is a software issue, not hardware (luckily).

"Driver Cleaner Pro" is the software.
