Got alot inquiry on W3J today, saw a few guys here talking about the negative side of W3J, but still so many people are waiting for it. Just a quick update for the supply.

Many people said: I don't want to pre-order, only want to buy stock, but the reality is it is almost impossible at all to get W3J without pre-order.

When I buy W3J, I need to talk to them like this:

"Could you please put our long existing relationship into your consideration, is it possible to sell me ONE more?"

To sell W3J to me means they are giving me money, doesn't mean I am giving them business. This is the supply status, so don't really expect you can get any one's stock without pre-order.

Today Fremont has a very very tiny shipment coming in, the next shipment maybe need 2-3 weeks to arrive. Get youself ready to consider other model like A8Jm before it gets too late if you cannot get your W3J.

Yeah, I think I'll hold on until the next shipment. Saw the A8Jm, doesn't convince like the W3J. I might preorder, even if it means getting it after school starts. At least I'll have a quality notebook. Hopefully next shipment is not a tiny tiny one but instead a huge one.

Anyways, doesn't ASUS want to sell their notebooks, if so they should know that people want the W3J, halt on producing some that are not selling that well, and focus more on the W3J.

So... if I placed an order for a W3J & optical battery yesterday... about how long do you think I will be waiting? Just a guess? The price + free shipping was great, so it's worth the wait I suppose, but I would like to have a rough idea of how long it might take.

We should have more W3J coming on Tuesday, what you need should be able to ship out in the same day.
