Updating drivers on a z70va?

I now have back my Asus z70va but I need to update the drivers. Proportable replaced my HD with a slower but larger HD but did not install anything on it but Windows. I have all the drivers on CDs for the devices.

But I discovered the hard way that I need to update the drivers after I installed them from the CDs. My internet was working terribly and a tech support person at the university I am at for the summer pointed out that the driver for that internet card was way out of date. (2003!) It took him a while but he finally found where to get the newest driver which came out in May 2008.

So I realize I ought to do this for all of the devices in my laptop. The problem is I don't know which ones -- how to figure it out which ones to check, where to get the updates, etc. The reseller, Proportable, is useless as it has gone out of business long before my extended warranty is up. They weren't very helpful anyway to say the least.

So can anyone advise me as what drivers I need to update? I list the items that are in the device manager below. I presume that's inclusive but if not, will people let me know?

The Asus website has drivers but I can't tell which ones to update. For the bios they say not to update from their website but go to the reseller, which obviously I can't.
