Any software driver available now? A lot of PDAs can be upgraded, laptops should also be able to upgrade, right?

In theory, yes. However, The z63/W3a has been EOL since early 2006 and the last driver release of any kind that Asus did for our model was 8/06 - they don't tend to support their products (no one does, really) once they are out of production for any length of time.

I have not tried it on mine, but you might want to check the model number against other laptop manufacturers which use the same type of reader. I think I saw a Fujitsu laptop with a driver upgrade that allows SD -> SDHC.
