    Hello,
I am wanting to upgrade my ASUS K60IJ notebook due to the poor performance compared to to my desktop at work. It is original from the factory with an Intel Pentium Processor, and 4GB of RAM with 360 GB HDD. I have a 500 GB 5400RPM Hard drive that I will use; however, I need your expertise on what processor is capable for the upgrade and RAM stick. I am no Tech Guru... I have found a video of how to that shows an individual upgrading his ASUS K50 model (similar motherboard and casing) and he upgraded to the Intel Core Duo 2.0 GHz. Would you suggest the same? What RAM stick would you recommend? I would like to get it pushing 2.4 GHz, or fast enough to run Photoshop and have a few windows open. I will not be editing 4k files. Please suggest part numbers if able and brands.
