I have to know whether if i upgrade my G73JH-A1 laptop main drive to a Patriot 256 GB S.S.D. and use it as the OS will it effect the performance and what else should i do maximise my laptop's performance.
I have purchased this laptop especially for playing games which are running fine but if i upgrade it with an S.S.D. then i think that the performance of my laptop can increase more and i have also seen in many threads that the G73JH-A1 's Window Experience Index is 5.9 but after just upgrading the laptop with S.S.D. and using the drive as an OS and also installing the games also their Experience index increases to 7.3 or 7.4 or higher.
Is that possible ?

And one more thing which will be the best S.S.D. to upgrade my Laptop with.

An SSD will noticeably be faster for disk access. Games will load faster, etc. -
And how can i install Wnidows on the SSD, do i have to use the recovery disk (6 DVD's) after installing the SSD in the main bay, or is there an easier solution ?

Or you could make an iso image (legal) of Windows 7 from this forum, use your key from the bottom of the lappie, and possibly need to call MS to verify/activate it again.
I used the disks that came with mine to do the install, but since they're not providing those anymore those would be the two best options IMO.
Upgrade To Patriot 256 GB S.S.D.
