    Dear all experts,

    My ASUS N53S with resolution is 1366 x 768

May I change the new monitor with full HD: 1920 x 1080 ?

    Thank JOSAE!
Yes, my machine have Nvidia GeForce GT 540M (1Gb).
I know that this one can support up to 2560x1600 but I not sure this laptop can support to change the monitor.
    Any idea for it ?

If you mean upgrade the laptop's lcd panel, you should probably forget about that. You'd need a dual link LVDS connector on the motherboard which you probably don't have since those are only required for resolutions above 1366x768. If the N53S also has an option for a higher res screen, then maybe the motherboard is the same across all models, but that is not something i know.
