    Hi,
There was a discussion on g51 bb http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=437194 , but I wanted to start a new thread for g50.
The X5 series have WXGA, which is the fallback for me...
    I am looking for WSXGA+ 15.6 with 1600x1080.
    Is this possible?
In the previous thread, 15.4 to this screen was possible, I guess one can buy A1 bezel and fit it on the g50vt-x5?
Can someone help on this? How to do, where to BUY, most importantly.
    It doesn'thave to be original.

    Thank you in advance.

You'll have a hard time finding a decent 15.6" screen. I upgraded my screen with some minor hitches to a 15.4" WSXGA+ 1650x1080 screen (laptop in sig).

Completely worth it. I had to get some gorilla tape and glue out though. Idk if you're up for gluing a brand new screen in place.
