    Ux31 256gb SSD drive where to find one?

    Has anyone come across the little narrow drive inside this unit? Or am I pretty much stuck with the 128gb? Thanks

    Heh, that's a EMI shielded wireless card that they can't identify at the end of that BTW.

    Make sure you get the special kind of drive needed.

    Yea I doubt a real consumer pipeline on that SSD. ebay always ends up having everything but I don't know.

    I have to be honest I don't think I would play with the insides of that thing with a ten foot pole.

    looks like its more cost efficeive to sell the laptop and buy a 256gb version :)

    Interesting thought, maybe. I was reading yesterday on something but the comment was Unibody=don't touch. Can't do . I laughed. I was blown away by the tightness you know the complete lack of space in the UX31. The MoBo, wow so tiny. That SSD lacks form factor I think?

    I must say I guess I no longer feel bad my UX32 is not unibody.
