    Hi,

Can a lucky owner give me an idea of how much time of battery we get in airplane conditions (no wifi, no network, just hd4000) doing mails, office docs and programming ?

    Thx in advance,
    JCF

With Wifi off, power saving mode enabled using Asus S.H.E. And the intel 4000 set to use 40mhz refresh rate on the screen instead of 60mhz (good battery savings here) 5 hours at least if you need more then:

Also set the screen to lowest setting and backlight keyboard off. You can do 6 hours easy then maybe even a bit more. With programming, office docs and emails.

Asus said 7 hours, but my report shows 5 hours+ to play internet. Maybe it is longer just use it as suspend mode.
