I just finished making a clean install of Vista 32 on my V1Jp. Now, I'm trying to figure out what ASUS drivers and utilties I should install. Trying to keep it as light as possible. Below is a list of what I'm thinking about installing. Please, any suggestion would be apreciated since the ASUS Website isn't much help.

    Asus PBA
    ATK Hotkey
    ATKDrv
    ATKOSD2
    ATKMedia
    Fingerprint PBA
    Fingerprint Vista Drivers
    Lifeframe
    Spendid
    TPM

ATKOSD2, and ATKMedia are not really necessary, if you want thhe lightest possible install...

Thank you sesshomaru. Is there a place I can look for a description of all these utilites? I'm checking the ASUS site, but not finding anything.

No, I mean a description of these drivers. Like what do I need ASUS PBA for?

It's a front end for the fingerprint driver software, as far as I remember.. Sorry, can't be of much help there.. It's been a quite a while since I sold my asus...

TPM not really necessary I believe.

I'd suggest keep all the ATK stuff (even though it will probably work without the two mentioned in the 2ndpost)
