    V6J startup question

    When starting notebook the following appears:
    Realtek Gigabit Ethernet Boot Agent, press F10 to configure.

    Does not matter whether or not F10 is pressed the following action occurs:

    black screen with white writing flashes then disappears, no time to read.

    Does anyone know why this just started and what, if anything, should be done?

    I think that's your LAN connection.May be it has some advanced features.

    Namely, it is the Boot from LAN feature. You should turn it off from the BIOS. The BIOS option name should be self-explanatory.
