    Very slow shut down on my laptop!

    I have a Brand new Asus X55SV and it is working very well only problem is that when i just down it takes like 2-3 minutes and ive teaked the shut down to 7 secs? and i thought that might be the problem so i changed it back to 20 secs not success. Im running Windows Vista SP1.
    I just read some other threads and i have Comodo Firewall and Avira AntiVir and A-Spuared anti malware, Could these be causing the problems?
