Hi guys I just received my new Asus G1s. My Vista experience index is 4.4
In the review on this site the author got 5.1.

It seems that my processor is getting the lowest score (4.4) but the thing is that I have the same processor (T7500 2,2Ghz ...) as everybody else.

Nope the laptop doesn't seem defective. I ran 3dmark06 on it and got a score of 3825 at 1280x1024.

Another strange bug of windows vista maybe...

This thread explains everything, if you read it and do what it says this will be a non-issue.

chances are that when vista did its calculation, the CPU was not set to max performance. set the performance setting in power4Gear extreme , then you can re-calculate your score and be happy. i mean even my turion x2 1.6 got a score of 4.6.
