The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Vista64 (Missing) on harddrive?

    hi everyone im just a noob and i just registered here. i recently bought a G51VX from frys and its doing fine. i just noticed that on the System Protection tab of system properties there is a portion that says "VISTA64(C :)(Missing)" but when i look at my computer it doesnt show up in there. im plannging to switch to Windows 7 can i delete this partition when i reformat?
