I'm looking at Ryzen-based notebooks and came across this model on Asus's website. I haven't looked at the Asus lineup in ages so I'm not sure how this notebook compares to other Asus models or anything else.
Generally, for me, I'm looking for a solid build, good keyboard, and good screen quality. Specs I can figure out from data sheets, but the other stuff is usually only found in reviews. I haven't, however, found any reviews of this notebook...
Does anyone have experience with this model or model line? Mostly, I'm comparing it to the future Lenovo A485 and possibly and Inspiron 5000

Here are links for a couple reviews of the Asus X505ZA (also sold as F505ZA). I hope you are somewhere where you can try before you buy (or return). The middle of the keyboard looks unsupported and bouncy in the video. You might have to try it to see if it the flex is firm enough to ignore, or if it is a problem for you.

You can find links to Inspiron 5575 reviews in this "Portable AMD Ryzen" table. NotebookCheck was not impressed with the processor throttling down (slowing) and the dim screen of the 5575 configuration they tested.Last edited: Aug 25, 2018 -
This Ukranian reviewer reported on a single-channel 8GB configuration, and found the keyboard acceptable.
