    I was just wondering if there is any way to turn off the volume on/off up/down animations on the G1s? Is it controlled by Vista or something else?

    Any help on the matter would be great!

    You need to stop the ATKOSD process from starting, I think. There was a recent thread on this and people posted the exact name(s) of the process(es) that needed to be stopped.
