    Hello everyone,

I am part of the first group you got there w2v about two weeks ago or so. Since then I can't get the turner to work at all, I spent hours on the phone with asus tech and no fix, they said it migth be the turner its self. So I am about to send it back to them to be fixed, has anyone hand their notebooks worked on by Asus? If so, how was your expericence with them, bad or good? I am little worried that they migth keep it for a couple of weeks before I get it back, what is the turn around on this if anyone knows. Thanks again guys, I really like these forums, it allows all gives all of us chance to help one another out, you can't bet that!

Chemmaster - Tell Startech and ask them to get Asus to send you a new tuner. It's easily replaced. So far you're the only person I've seen that had that problem, but I can't speak for someone else's customers.
