This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    limited release certainly has it's own appeal! They're probably trying not to flood the market before Merom arrives... Nobody is going to buy up the old stock when they can get a Merom enabled W3J for the same price ;)

    He makes a good point. However, considering the reduction in battery life I've seen from Merom reviews so far, I think I'd rather stick with a Yonah.
